Step 1
1 Thaw your frozen kale, squeeze extra liquid out and set aside

2 In a food processor, blend coarsely your bell pepper, onion, garlic, ginger, pepper.

3 In a cooking pan on medium heat, Add oil and bell pepper puree mixture.

4 Cook for about 20mins until it is thick, then add your shrimp, salt and bouillon
Step 5
5 Cook it for 5 mins until shrimp are done cooking and add the chopped kale.
Step 6
Stir it well.
Step 7
6 Cook it for 3 mins, add black pepper powder stir and remove the stew from the stove for serving
