Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Cut 1 to 2 pieces of parchment paper large enough to enclose the fish fillets, and place them on a baking sheet with high sides.
Step 3
Place the salmon fillets skin side down on the center of the parchment paper and season with the salt and pepper.
Step 4
In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, maple syrup, and garlic.
Step 5
Pour the mix ture evenly over the fillets.
Step 6
Fold the parchment paper over, crimping the edges to enclose the fillets.
Step 7
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Step 8
Plate the salmon and drizzle with the cooking juices.
Step 9
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.
