Instructions
Step 1
Brown onion and garlic in the butter.
Step 2
Add meat and seasoning
Step 3
Once meat is cook add the broth, washed drained and washed hominy, drained pinto beans.
Step 4
Let it steamer, taste and add more season if needed.
Step 5
If broth is too thin, add corn starch to some cold chicken broth and add to the soup.
Step 6
Cook for 30.min and serve and slices of limon.
