Step 1
Cut / dice the meat, potatoes, and carrots
Step 2
In a large frying pan with a tight-fitting lid, put in half of the meat, then half of the carrots and potatoes on top of the meat. Repeat process with remaining meat and vegetables.
Step 3
Sprinkle with the dry soup mix. Place bay leaves on top.
Step 4
Mix the cream soups and tomato sauce together and pour over the other ingredients.
Step 5
Bake in the oven at 250° for 6-8 hours OR cook in slow cooker at 2.5 setting for 6-8 hours
