Korean BBQ Rice Burger

I make this amount of sauce, refrigerate, and use for another dishes later. I only use 2 table spoon for a rice burger. This sauce is great for stair fry also.

Korean BBQ Sauce
½ cupsoy sauce
⅓ cupdark brown sugar
1 Tbspgarlic
grated
½ Tbspginger
grated
1 tspsesame oil
½ Tbspgarlic chili sauce
1 tspgochujang
1 tspsesame
1 tsppotato starch
For Serving
Instructions
Step 1
Heat Korean BBQ sauce ingredients in a small sauce pan over medium heat. Stair, simmer until slightly thickened, remove from heat, and set aside.
Step 2
Brush some olive oil to the cutting surface, and press half of rice to cutting board. Make 2 rice buns.
Step 3
In a pan over medium-high heat, fry the buns until lightly browned on both sides. Set them aside.
Step 4
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, add beef, add 2 tbsp Korean BBQ sauce, and cook for about 3 minutes.
Step 5
Make a fried egg.
Step 6
Assemble rice burger. Rice bun > lettuce> beef > egg> mayo > rice bun.
