Instructions

Step 1
In a medium saucepan, sauté onions and garlic in olive oil over medium heat until onions are translucent.
Step 2
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until liquid has reduced by three-quarters.
