Instructions
Step 1
Bring the chicken stock to a boil with ginger, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
While stock is heating, heat up corn either over stove or microwave, and whisk eggs in a measuring cup or other container with a pourable spout.
Step 3
Once the broth starts boiling, take it off the heat. Use a whisk to stir the broth in a circular motion, and SLOWLY pour the beated eggs into the broth.
Step 4
Stir in sesame oil and corn, and serve!
