Instructions
Step 1
Trim broccoli into large florets.
Step 2
Place broccoli florets in a steaming basket over boiling water; cover and steam for 3 minutes.

Remove lid and steam for another 8 minutes or until the stems are tender-firm.
Step 4
Transfer steamed broccoli into a bowl and drizzle olive oil.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Toss until well coated.

Squeeze fresh lemon juice on top.
