Instructions
Step 1
Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a deep frying pan.
Step 2
Add the onion and red pepper (optional) together with the garlic cloves and sweat until soft.
Step 3
Add the tinned tomatoes and simmer on a low heat for 5/10 minutes.
Step 4
Drain the tin of tuna.
Step 5
Add the tuna and sweetcorn together with ground black pepper and herbs.
Step 6
Simmer on low heat for a further 10/15 mins whilst cooking a pan of your favourite pasta.
Step 7
Add the cooked pasta to the sauce.
Step 8
Serve with a side of fresh vegetables (carrots, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower).
Step 9
