Step 1
In a saucepan melt the low fat spread, sugar and syrup. Remove from the heat and fold through the oats, dried fruit and pumpkin seeds.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees / fan 160. Line a round 20cm/8" tin with greaseproof paper, then tip in the oat mixture, pushing it down tightly in the ti

Bake for 15 minutes in the oven. Once cooked, remove from the tin and leave to cool completely before slicing
