2 CANSTOMATOES salt added

1 CANTOMATO SAUCE

1CAN DARK RED KIDNEY BEANS
NO SALT ADDED, WELL RINSED AND DRAINED

1CAN PINTO BEANS
REDUCED SODIUM, WELL RINSED AND DRAINED

1CAN BLACK BEANS
NO SALT ADDED, WELL RINSED AND DRAINED

1 CANBEEF BROTH
50% LESS sodium

4 tspchili powder

1 Tbspcumin

1 Tbspgranulated sugar

2 Tbspbrown sugar

0.5 TSPSALT
IODIZED

1 tspworcestershire sauce

½ tspgarlic powder

½ tspblack pepper

1 tspsmoked paprika

¼ tspliquid smoke

0.5 TSPCOCOA

1 cupbaby kale
finely chopped

½ tspbaking soda
Instructions
Step 1
SAUTE ONION IN OLIVE OIL IN CAST IRON DUTCH OVEN. SEAR GROUND BEEF IN THE SAME POT.
Step 2
ADD SPICES AND STIR. ADD ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS. ALLOW TO SIMMER FOR 1 HOUR OR MORE. COVER AND LET REST.
Step 3
SERVE PLAIN OR WITH EXTRAS LIKE SHREDDED CHEESE, SLICED AVOCADO, FRITO CORN CHIPS OR SOUR CREAM.
