Ingredients

¾ cwhite vinegar wine
¾ cwater
1 ½ Tbssugar
½ Tbssalt
1 ½ ccarrots
shredded
1flank steak
1 TbsBamboo Chef seasoning
2 Tbssoy sauce
1 packagecilantro
bushel
16mini baguettes
or brioche rolls
¾ cmayo
4 ½ tspsriracha
2jalapeno peppers
2Daikon Radish
Instructions
Step 1
Combine vinegar, water, sugar, and salt in a pot. Bring to a boil.

After it's boiled to the point where both the salt and sugar have dissolved, poor the mixture into the bowl with the carrots and radish

Let this mixture sit until you're ready to use it (best if it's cool).
Sandwich
Step 4
Season the flank steak with the bamboo chef seasoning.
Step 5
Spritz the soy sauce onto the steak and rub it in with the seasoning.
Step 6
Sear both sides of the steak on medium heat for 5-7 minutes per side.
Step 7
Let the steak rest for 5 minutes.
Step 8
Pull off the cilantro leaves for the sandwiches.

Toast buns on skillet if desired.
Step 10
Mix the sriracha and mayo to create the spicy mayo if using a homemade sauce.

Thinly slice the jalapeño.
Step 12
Once the steak is done resting, thinly slice it (1/4 inch thick).
Step 13
Assemble the sandwich by placing the meat on the bottom bun, spreading the mayo on the top bun, and putting the vegetables on top of the meat. Put the top bun on the sandwich.
