Instructions
Step 1
1- In to a sauce pan or rice cooker add all ingredients and cook until all water is absorbed by the rice and pumpkin.
Step 2
2- In between of cooking give little stirs two to three times. When all water is absorbed by rice give another stir, lower the heat and cover with lid.
Step 3
3- Cook rice for another ten minutes. After ten minutes take the lid fluff the rice and serve with rihaakuru dhiya, smoked tuna and salad leaf.
