Instructions
Step 1
In a pan add potatoes, peas, tomatoes water and let it boil for 15-20 minutes
Step 2
Mash the whole mixture into a smooth paste adjusting water as necessary
Step 3
In a separate pan add butter, onions, cumin seeds, garlic paste and chilli powder and cook until fragrant
Step 4
Add green pepper, turmeric and garam masala
Step 5
Add the masala paste to the pot and mix to incorporate evenly
Step 6
Add water to adjust consistency and simmer on low heat
Step 7
Serve with toasted Pav (or Hawaiian rolls), diced onion and butter
