Sunita's Saag Aloo (Aloo Palak)

Commonly known as Saag Aloo, Sunita shares her family recipe. A home-cooked and traditional way to make this popular restaurant dish. Sunita was born in Punjab. She specialises in North Indian cuisine, which she has been cooking for over 40 years. She grew up in a family where everyone enjoys eating good food. And in a generation where people are mainly influenced by their mothers' and grandmothers' cooking, in her family, it was the men of the family who influenced her palette. She teaches on Diaspo because she finds it rewarding to know that other people are interested and willing learn about her skills and experiences. By passing on her knowledge to others, that knowledge can be appreciated and taken further by those she teaches.
