Instructions
Step 1
Cut the lemon in half. One half for serving. Squeeze half a lemon and mix with red sweet paprika, fish seasoning, black pepper and olive oil. Coat fish fillet with marinade.











Step 2
Slice an onions; cut red bell pepper and parsley.





Step 3

Heat up a frying pan, add olive oil and onion. Fry a little bit onion.



Step 4
Add catfish fillet in marinade, red bell pepper and parsley.
Mince a clove of garlic and sprinkle on top. Or you can use garlic powder.
Add soy sauce.
Simmer everything for about 15 min.




Step 5
Slice half a lemon into quarters and serve with the fish.
