Instructions

Step 1
Boil pasta according to package.
Step 2
Mix 100g of grana padano, the pecorino and the eggs (also add 1 tbsp of garlic powder and 1tsp of fine grounded pepper).
Step 3
Cut the bacon into pieces and fry it in the butter (medium heat, so the butter is not burned but the bacon is getting brown).
Step 4
Add the pasta with a bit of water into the pan with the bacon and butter, reduce the water if necessary, stop the fire and add the sauce mix.
Step 5
Coarse grind about 1tsp of pepper on top . Use the rest of grana padano for garnish.
