Instructions

Step 1
Lightly sprinkle salt on salmon fillet and leave for an hour
Step 2
Make marinade by mixing Enokido Sweet Miso, sake and mirin in a resealable bag
Step 3
Wipe moisture off salmon with kitchen paper and place it into the marinade. Leave in refrigerator 3-5 days.
Step 4
Wipe marinade off the salmon and grill (or pan fry on a sheet of baking paper) until one side is browned, then turn over until cooked

Rice

Step 5
Mix ingredients. Bring to boil. 10mins on lowest flame covered. Take off heat and rest for 10mins covered. Fluff and serve
