preheat oven to 200
Step 2
season chicken thighs with oregano, paprika, chilli and black pepper
Step 3
fry chicken for 1 minute on each side. remove from pan and set aside
Step 4
add butter/oil to pan and fry onions and garlic
Step 5
add orzo and fry for 1 min
Step 6
add stock, mustard, chopped sun-dried tomatoes and elmlea
Step 7
add chicken thighs back into pan and put it oven for 15 mins
Step 8
for future meals: reheat in a pan with a splash of water NOT in microwave
