Instructions

Step 1
• If the rice is not cooked - put water twice the amount of rice required in a cooking pot and then put it on a fire until it boils
Step 2
• Light the oven and leave it for 5 minutes to heat up, and in the meantime, prepare a bowl and put aluminum foil on it, then spray the non-stick spray
Step 3
• Put the salmon in the pot, then close it with aluminum foil and place it in the oven for 20 minutes on medium to high heat.
Step 4
• Put the frozen vegetables in a bowl, then add the ingredients and place the bowl on the fire until the water starts to boil
Step 5
• Put a plate and put the cooked rice on it, then add the cooked fish and boiled vegetables
Step 6
• You can add salt, pepper and lemon to the fish before or after cooking it according to your taste
