Ingredients
5 servings
2 tablespoonsunsalted butter
12 ouncescremini mushrooms
thickly sliced
1sweet onion
diced
garlic salt
to taste
1 poundground beef
2cloves garlic
minced
½ teaspoondried thyme
3 tablespoonsall-purpose flour
4 cupsbeef stock
2 tablespoonsworcestershire sauce
1 tablespoondijon mustard
8 ouncesegg noodles
uncooked
½ cupsour cream
black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Large Pot, Melt butter add Mushrooms and Onion, cook until tender/browned
Step 2
Add ground beef
Step 3
When beef is browned, add garlic and thyme cook 1 min
Step 4
Add flour and stir until flour is mixed in
Step 5
Stir in beef broth, Worcestershire, Dijon mustard and egg noodles, bring to boil, then simmer until noodles are cooked
Step 6
Take off heat and stir in sour cream
