Instructions

Step 1
In a blender, add 3 tbsp oats, frozen banana, milk, cocoa powder, protein powder and milk. Blend till its smooth. Add dates at the end and give it a quick whirr so you get the nice consistency. Once blended add it to a bowl. Add all the toppings one by one. Ready to be served.
