Ingredients
3 servings

1 cupJasmine rice
day old/leftover rice is best but can cook it fresh too

1egg
for every one cup of rice, add another egg

garlic

broccoli

carrots

Onion
preferably green onion/scallions red onion works too

soy sauce

olive oil

Teriyaki sauce
or unagi, or hoisin sauce

Red chili flakes
or Trader Joe’s chili onion crunch

Instructions
Step 1
Heat pan w/ olive or avocado oil
Step 2
Add rice, then add soy sauce
Step 3
Shove all the rice to one side and crack eggs, season egg w/ whatever spices you feel like, then scramble
Step 4
Mix egg in with rice, then shove to the side again. Add veggies and cook till you feel like mixing it in w/rice and egg
Step 5
Add more soy sauce and seasoning
Step 6
Mix around for a while. Don’t let rice burn. Once it seems all cooked and to your liking, it’s ready to serve
