Instructions
Step 1
Cook your preferred brand of packaged ramen with the package instructions.


Step 2
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large nonstick pan, then add your noodles and soy sauce. Stir around for 2 minutes.

Thinly slice your scallions, discard the tips, then add to your noodles. Stir for 20-30 seconds


Step 4
Add your enoki mushrooms to an air fryer, and cook until slightly browned, 2-3 minutes, then add to noodles


Step 5
Take your cabbage, slice into thin strips, then add to your noodles. Stir for 1 minute.


Step 6
Turn off heat, then add your noodles to a large bowl.
