I like to buy in bulk from Costco, but Sam's has similar options. Boneless, skinless chicken thighs come in a package of 10x ~500g partitions. Add the "marinade" and heat, and it is a quick and easy meal. Pair with white rice, or fry the (pre-cooked and chilled) rice in the leftover sauce after chicken is done.
Rough macros when served with white rice: 40% protein, 40% carb, 20% fat.

Optional: Evenly salt and pepper chicken thighs to taste. Less is more, and I frequently skip this step.

black pepper
Step 4
Add Japanese BBQ sauce, sriracha, and minced garlic to bag/bowl with chicken. Shake or massage to evenly coat.
minced garlic1 Tbsp
Japanese Barbecue Sauce2 Tbsp

Step 5
Dump entire contents into skillet and try to flatten out chicken thighs if they are folded. Flip every 2-3 minutes, ensuring that each part of the chicken gets an even amount of heat. Once the internal temperature reaches *170*, remove chicken from pan.
Step 6
Optional: Slice chicken against the grain, then halve the slices.

Step 7
Optional: Add white rice to skillet with leftover sauce and heat to desired crunchiness.
