Instructions
Step 1
Place buckwheat groats into 1 cup filtered water and soak for 2-4 hours. The groats will be gelatinous, which helps bind your granola together.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, adding extra water if necessary. Place on a baking pan lined with non-stick parchment paper.
Step 3
Bake at lowest oven setting 100°/210°F until dry- approximately 2 hours or longer. You can also use a dehydrator if you have one. Set on the lowest setting and dehydrate for 4hrs.
