Step 1
Steam rice and prepare prik nam pla

Wash and cut/prepare all ingredients for the stir-frying
Stir-frying

Heat wok to medium/high heat and add oil

Fry eggs, add light soy sauce to taste and set aside

Stir fry minced meat with garlic and chili in wok on medium/high heat; add fish sauce

Turn off heat before juice is completely gone, mix in holy basil and stir until leaves shrink
