Instructions

Step 1
In lg. skillet over med.-high, heat 1T olive oil. Once hot, add sliced sausage; sautè, flipping sausage frequently (1-2 min.) until sausage slices have some browning. Remove from pan; set aside.
Step 2
Reduce heat to med.; add remaining 1.5T of oil with zucchini, onion, & bell pepper. Sprinkle with salt, oregano, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, & pepper; stir. Cook (5-10 min.) until onion is translucent & peppers & zucchini are close to tender.
Step 3
Add sausage back to skillet along with minced garlic; stir. Cover so that everything heats through (1-2 min.).
Step 4
Taste, adding extra salt. Garnish with chopped fresh basil.
