Ingredients

16 ozbow tie pasta
1 cupcorn
steamed
1 cuppeas
½ cupsun dried tomatoes
chopped
1 cupszucchini
grilled
1bell pepper
chopped and grilled
1red onion
diced and grilled
¾ cupvegan feta
Summer vinaigrette
Instructions
Step 1
Boil pasta
Step 2
While pasta cooks grill peppers, zucchini, corn and onion! Sauté or roast if you don’t have a grill.
Step 3
Microwave frozen peas.
Step 4
Strain pasta. Add veggies to it, feta and dressing!
Step 5
Enjoy and store in fridge for 4 days.
