I'm cheating and using a premade pasta sauce to cook the veg in because I'm lazy and sauce is cheap. I used Kroger brand Tomato + Basil pasta sauce but chef's choice. Ended up needing some garlic salt and black pepper but it was good.

Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta according to the box but a bit underdone (prep the veg during this part)
Step 2
Strain into collander
Step 3
Add about a tablespoon of canola oil and shake/stir until the noodles are coated (keeps them from sticking together while it sits)
Step 4
Add a tbsp oil to the pot you used for the pasta and heat over medium
Step 5
Add all veg
Step 6
Cook about 5 minutes
Step 7
Add sauce and half a jar of water, turn to high until bubbling
Step 8
Lower heat to medium until barely bubbling
Step 9
Cook about 15 minutes (or until veg are desirability done but I like mine crunchy just add water as needed) stirring occasionally
Step 10
Carefully add the pasta back to the pot and stir
Step 11
Taste and add seasoning as needed (I used black pepper and garlic salt)
Step 12
Enjoy! Add parmesan or something idk
