Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 Degrees Celsius.

2. Combine tandoori paste and 1⁄2 yoghurt in bowl. Slice chicken in half and place in

bowl with tandoori mixture. Completely coat chicken.

3. Place baking paper on oven tray. Place chicken on paper and bake for 10 minutes

until cooked. Cool and slice.

4. Combine mint and remaining yoghurt in bowl.

5. Peel and grate carrot.

6. Place sliced chicken, mint mixture, spinach and carrot down the centre of the tortilla
