450gfresh baby spinach

large, cored

1 cuppineapple
diced

0.5Hass avocado
ripe, peeled and pitted

¼ cupfresh mint leaves
packed

3Medjool dates
soft, pitted

1.25 inchfresh turmeric
5mm, piece, grated, or 1/4 teaspoon ground

2 teaspoonslemon
blended peeled, or lime

1 tablespoonground flaxseeds
or linseeds

ice cubes

Instructions
Step 1
In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until completely smooth. Add ⅔ cup/160ml or more of water and ice (if using) and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
