Step 1
Marinate mutton in ginger garlic paste,and keep aside,take onion paste and make a paste of cashew nuts and green chillies,keep aside.
Step 2
Take ghee in a pan add jeera saute now add maida to it saute well,than add onion paste and mix well for a min.

Now add marinated mutton to it,then add curd and paste of cashew nut and green chilli.Keep stirring welll.

Now add salt and garam masala powder to it,add water and cover it with the lid and cook till the mutton is cook completely until becomes thick gravy.
Step 5
Now take a baking tray add mutton to it,sprinkle some coriander leaves,add tomatoes.
Step 6
Add the uncooked whisked egg to it in a pan add oil and ghee mix and pour it on uncooked eggs and keep in oven or microwave for 3 mins.Now it's done enjoy!
