Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 fan forced/200 conventional.
Step 2
Grease 25cm round cake tin and line bottom with baking paper.
Step 3
Blanch spinach, drain and roughly chop.
Step 4
Fry garlic in olive oil until golden. Set aside.
Step 5
In a large bowl, combine spinach, eggs, herbs, cream and cheeses. Stir in garlic and season.
Step 6
Pour mixture into cake tin and bake for 30 minutes or until cooked (a skewer inserted into the middle should come out clean).
