1 cupbrown rice
Instructions
Step 1
1. Add the ground chicken, beef liver, and sardines to the pressure cooker and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
Step 2
2. Add the scrambled eggs, chicken bone broth, Greek yogurt, olive oil, ground flaxseed, canned pumpkin, blueberries, mashed bananas, kale, spinach, carrots, and sweet potato to the pressure cooker. Mix well.
Step 3
3. Add the oats, lentils, and brown rice to the pressure cooker. Mix well.
Step 4
4. Cook on high pressure for 20 minutes.
Step 5
5. Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then manually release any remaining pressure.
Step 6
6. Stir the mixture well and let it cool before serving.
