Instructions
Step 1
Finely slice the pak choi, putting the leaves aside. Char the bases in a dry non-stick frying pan on medium high heat.

Meanwhile, peel and finely slice the garlic and peel and finely grate the ginger
Step 3
Cook the noodles in boiling water according to packet instructions, adding the pak choi leaves for the last 10 seconds.
Step 4
Alongside, stir fry the garlic, ginger, prawns, sesame seeds, chilli jam and 1 tablespoon of olive oil with the charred pak choi slices.
Step 5
Pour the soy into a serving bowl
Step 6
As soon as the prawns are pink, spoon everythi9ng from the pan into the bowl, then use tongs to drag in the noodles and pak choi leaves with a few splashes of cooking water.
Step 7
Twist and toss it all together well.
