Instructions

Step 1
In a large skillet, cook the sausage with the onion, garlic, and peppers until sausage is browned and vegetables are soft.
Step 2
Spread the pork mixture across the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
Step 3
Spread the thawed hashbrowns over the top of the pork mixture.
Step 4
Sprinkle the cheddar cheese across the top of the casserole.
Step 5
Whisk together eggs, milk, and salt, then pour evenly over the whole casserole.
Step 6
Bake uncovered at 325 for 1 hour. Let sit for five minutes before serving.
