I do not know the original source of this recipe. I got it from my middle school cooking class and am simply writing it down here.

Step 1
Put ingredients in blender jar.
Vanilla Yogurt1 c
Juice Orange¾ c
banana1
Frozen Fruit½ cup
Step 2
Place jar on blender base. Be sure the lid is on.
Step 3
Blend or "Liquify" ingredients until smooth.
