Step 1
Cook rice. Use any method you like. I made in a regular pot (1:2 ratio)

Slice bell pepper, garlic, scallions
Step 3
Cut the broccoli into florets
Step 4
Chop the onion
Step 5
In a bowl, combine the ground beef and onion. Season with pepper, salt, chilly powder and soy sauce
Step 6
Fry the meat over medium heat until it browned
Step 7
Add the chopped vegetables, stock and cook for about 10 mins
Step 8
Put the meat on the top of the cooked rice, sprinkle with scallions and sesame seeds
Step 9
