Step 1
Tenderize the chicken breast (about 1 inch thick )
Step 2
Salt the chicken then coat it with flour, egg, and bread crumbs.
Step 3
Fry your chicken about 4-5 mins.
Step 4
Toast you bread, spread the tonkatsu sauce, add the chopped cabbage ( into strips) ,lastly the chicken.
