rinsed and drained

2 tbsp flax meal mixed with 6 tbsp water mixed and set aside for 15 minutes

Sausage spices blend 2 Tbls
1 tsppaprika
1 tspfennel seed
1 tspgarlic powder
chilli flakes
black pepper
1 tspthyme
1 tsprosemary

Instructions
Step 1
Assemble the breakfast casserole in deep oven-safe dishware First layer hash browns, then chopped veggies, crumbled sausage mixture and covered in nacho cheese sauce.
Step 2
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, then cover with tin foil and bake for an additional 25 minutes.
