Instructions

Step 1
Combine all ingredients besides paprika, parsley flakes and crumbs and brush on slices
Step 2
Coat in cornflakes crumbs mixed with parsley flakes
Step 3
Sprinkle paprika on top
Step 4
Bake on 375 for 20 min covered and 10 min uncovered

Variation

Step 5
Combine all ingredients besides corn flakes crumbs and parsley flakes and brush on slices
Step 6
Marinate for half an hour
Step 7
Sprinkle a bit of corn flakes crumbs onto slices
Step 8
Sear in a bit of olive all starting face down 1-2 minutes on all sides on low-medium flame
Step 9
Sprinkle with some more crumbs and parsley
Step 10
Bake on 375 10 min covered and 10 min uncovered
