This is a must save and share! I used a little over 1 cup short grain rice because it was all I had left, but turned out to be the perfect ratio of rice. I then smashed with a fork one cooked salmon filet, 1 1/2 cups crab, 1/2 cup green onions, 2oz cream cheese and 3 tbsp mayo. For the cooked rice about 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp mirin and a generous shake of fruikake. Add seafood and spread, drizzle more mayo and sriracha and bake at 350F Degrees for 25 minutes.
