Ingredients
1 servings
½ Tbspcoconut oil
1 x 240gduck breast fillet
skin removed, sliced into 1cm thick strips
½ tspfive-spice powder
3spring onions
finely sliced
1 clovegarlic
finely sliced
100gmidget trees
tender- stem broccoli, any bigger stalks sliced in half lengthways
250gegg noodles
2 Tbsphoisin sauce
0.25cucumber
small, sliced into thin batons
Instructions
Step 1
Melt the coconut oil in a wok or large frying pan over a medium to high heat. Add the duck and let it sizzle for a couple of minutes. When the duck is mostly brown, crank the heat up to high and add the five-spice powder, spring onions, garlic and midget trees, along with about 2 tablespoons of water - this will steam up and help everything to cook. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes, then add the noodles, and toss until the noodles are warmed through.
Step 2
Remove from the heat and pour in the hoisin sauce. Stir everything together into one delicious mass, then slide onto a plate and top with the cucumber.
