Pan-seared salmon bowls with cauliflower rice & spicy mayo🍚 by: Omg these bowls were a hit!! Made them for my fam last night & everyone loved. The little salmon bites were incredible & the spicy mayo on top was *chef’s kiss* . . . Pan-seared salmon bowls with cauliflower rice & spicy mayo ⏩ INGREDIENTS 1.3 lbs of salmon 2 bags of frozen riced cauliflower 3 mini Persian cucumbers Avocado 1 tbsp of black sesame seeds 1 tbsp minced garlic 3 tbsp coconut aminos (or soy sauce) 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro 1/2 cup of chopped green onion . Spices for salmon- 1 tbsp oregano, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper . Spicy Mayo - 3 tbsp avocado oil mayo 3 tsp organic red sriracha sauce (add more if you want it spicier. This brand isn’t super spicy, just v flavorful) 2 tsp coconut aminos (or soy sauce) 1 tsp toasted sesame oil . *Serves 3 DIRECTIONS Remove the skin from the salmon, cube into bite sized pieces, and add to a bowl. Combine the spices, pour into the bowl over the salmon, and evenly coat each piece. Add 2 tbsp of sesame oil to the pan. Remove once cooked through (add a splash of coconut aminos to the pan once it’s almost done too). Cook the riced cauliflower is a large pan until soft. Then add 1 tbsp of minced garlic, 3 tbsp of coconut aminos, and salt & pepper. In a bowl, add the riced cauliflower, cooked salmon, sliced cucumber, avocado, lots of cilantro and green onion. Combine the spicy mayo ingredients & drizzle over the bowl.
