Ingredients

2 lbslean ground beef
2 cupsonions
chopped
2 x 14.5 ozcanned diced tomatoes
2 x 14.5 ozcanned stewed tomatoes
15 ozdark kidney beans
15 ozlight kidney beans
15 ozchili beans
8 oztomato sauce
3 Tbspchili powder
¼ tspblack pepper
¼ tspground red pepper
1 tspsalt
2 cupscheese
1/4cup per serving
1 cupsour cream
2 Tbsp per serving
Instructions
Step 1
In a large pot brown beef and onions together - drain fat.
Step 2
Return to pot - add tomatoes, tomato sauce and juice from kidney beans.
Step 3
Add rest of ingredients.
Step 4
Heat to a boil. Turn down to simmer, stirring occasionally for 1 hr 15 min. Add kidney beans. Simmer 15 min more.
