Instructions
Step 1
-Heat oil.
Step 2
-Chop onion, tomato and coriander.
Step 3
-Add garlic, ginger, turmeric, ketchup, salt and pepper.
Step 4
-Cook until spice blended.
Step 5
-Put on top of chicken and cook at 350 for 2 hours.
Step 6
Can use beef, veal, lamb, chicken. Similar to Tanya's rice (make together - common ingredients)
Step 7
I often use beef shank / veal bones and add liquid to cook in the instant pot
