Instructions

Step 1
In a medium sized bowl, whisk the egg until frothy.
Step 2
Add in yogurt, Dijon, lemon juice, onions, parsley, old bay and pepper. Whisk until fully combined.
Step 3
Add salmon and mix until the salmon breaks apart in large chunks (sort of resembling ground beef).
Step 4
Fold in bread crumbs until fully incorporated and the mixture has thickened.
Step 5
Portion into 4 balls and form evenly sized patties.
Step 6
Heat a large sauté pan over medium heat. Use oil if using a non-stick pan.
Step 7
Cook the salmon burgers until they have browned on both sides.
Step 8
Mix together all sauce ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
Step 9
Top the cooked burgers with the sauce, onions and lettuce on hamburger buns.
