Step 1
Cook and rinse your somen
Step 2
Stir fry the veggies in a bit of neutral oil for 5 mins over medium heat
Step 3
Simmer the veggies in anchovy broth until they’re cooked (you may also use chicken or veggie broth)
Step 4
Plate your noodles with the soup and vegetables.
Step 5
Top with kimchi, sesame oil and sesame seeds.
