Step 1 Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Put the tomatoes into a small, non-stick roasting tin, drizzle over the balsamic vinegar and season with a pinch of salt.

Roast for 15 minutes, shaking the tin occasionally until the tomatoes are soft and glazed with the vinegar.
Step 4
Step 2 Beat the cream cheese, protein powder and parmesan together with enough water to make a smooth paste, spread on the toast and top with the roast tomatoes.
Step 5
Scatter over the basil leaves and serve.
